Is there a free trial?
Yes. Team and Business both come with a 14-day trial with every feature switched on. No card is needed to start.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and save around 17% compared with monthly billing. You can add users at any time and we pro-rate them.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who can sign in to a workspace. Approvers who only sign off on decisions through an email link are free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and you keep all your data.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export every decision, piece of evidence and audit record before you go. We delete workspace data 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?
