We built DecisionFabric because important decisions deserve better than slide decks and gut feel
Uplatz works with organisations on technology, data and skills. Again and again we saw the same problem: big decisions about vendors, investments, architectures and hiring were made in meetings, argued over in email and recorded nowhere useful.
Months later, nobody could say which facts the decision rested on, which parts were assumptions, or whether the decision had worked. The arrival of AI made this worse. It became easy to produce confident-sounding analysis with no clear source.
DecisionFabric is our answer. It gives every decision a home: a clear frame, evidence labelled by where it came from, a transparent scoring model, AI that cites its sources, proper sign-off, and follow-up to see what actually happened.
