Uplatz KnowledgeVault collects enterprise document data, user account details, and chat interaction logs exclusively for the purpose of providing AI-powered knowledge retrieval and governance services. We do not sell your personal or corporate data.
2. Data Processing & AI
When you upload documents, they are securely processed, chunked, and embedded into a vector database. Your queries are processed in real-time to retrieve relevant facts. All AI processing is isolated to your organization's tenant.
3. Data Retention
We retain your documents and chat history until you explicitly delete them. Upon deletion, all related embeddings, entities, and decision logs are permanently scrubbed from our active databases.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data stored within KnowledgeVault. Enterprise administrators have full granular control over user roles and document access.
