ContractIQ AI provides an AI-powered contract intelligence platform that extracts obligations, detects risks, compares contracts, and provides plain-language explanations of legal documents. The Service is provided on a subscription basis across Starter, Professional, and Custom tiers.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Rights

You retain all rights to the contracts and documents you upload. By uploading documents to ContractIQ AI, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to upload and process these documents (including any sensitive information or third-party data within them). You agree not to upload any material that violates any law, confidentiality agreement, or third-party rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractIQ AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on AI-generated contract summaries, obligation tracking, and risk alerts.
