By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Uplatz BrandFoundry\'s relationship with you in relation to this website and the AI services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Uplatz BrandFoundry (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the Service.
2. Brand Generation Services
Our platform generates custom brand identities (including logos, color schemes, typographies, and guidelines) using artificial intelligence models. While we strive to provide highly unique concepts, we do not guarantee absolute uniqueness against previously existing trademarks. Users are solely responsible for conducting trademark searches before launching their brands.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon successful payment of your chosen tier, Uplatz BrandFoundry transfers full commercial ownership and copyrights of the purchased brand package to you. You are free to use, modify, print, distribute, and trademark your logos and assets worldwide. Unpurchased preview concepts generated by our tool remain the property of Uplatz LLC.
4. Refund Policy & Payments
Due to the instantaneous and digital nature of AI brand generation, all purchases of Uplatz BrandFoundry packages are final. Refunds are only evaluated in the event of documented technical server failures where the final package deliverables cannot be downloaded or delivered.
